I have a friend that calls me from a google voice number but when I try and call the number I get a busy signal. How do I make calls to them?

Call from someone pretending to me my step grandson saying he is in Dominican Republic, had an accident and is at the American Embassy and needs $1000.00 to get home. Wants to know how much unused credit I have on my credit card. I gave no information and they hung up.

This is a great service Google provides. It's too bad some people misuse it.This is the default caller ID for a Google Voice user. The person who is calling has a Google account but didn't chose a phone number to be linked with the account. It could be an honest mistake. But with it being so easy to assign a permanent phone number to the account, more than likely any caller with this number is up to no good. Also be aware that any Google account can be assigned a phone number to appear as though the call originated anywhere in the US, so don't assume any call is legit. I would just reject the call and then block the number.

It's from Google Voice / Gmail Voice Chat service, when the caller does not have an inbound number with Google Voice.

I have got calls from this number and he sweared at us immensely. He sounded Pakistani and he calls us everyday atleast 4 times and sometimes even more. I really want this person to get arrested and be in jail for 8 months and apologise to us

this guy has this number & or is using it as seems diff people are..but this guy is calling women like me & he is Scaring us to death saying he is at our front doors and is going to kill us, & but did he f--k with the wrong person as know someone in the FBI who will be investigating this BS.

I received these calls at 4am and 4:45am east coast time which woke me from a sleep. I could not get to phone in time but was left two very creepy voice mails. They also were not easy to understand and muffled. It was a male with some sort of accent. Whoever is doing this has to be stopped.! If it is using google to call how can you report it.
