They called again. If they can not leave a message, why bother to call?

calls at 8:30 to 10 p.m. and 5:30/6:30 a.m., and all through day, automatic calling agent. Live operator uses the phrase, I take it this is a refusal to cooperate. signed, customer not in default on student loan

This is a collection agency for Sallie Mae. They're calling my cell # for some other person. I've been trying to tell them I don't know that person & to quit calling. Takes forever to get a live person & then they act helpful, claim my # isn't in their system, yet I get another call from them the next day. They've also called my work #. That's scary because I've only been here a few weeks & I have no idea how they associated my new work # with my cell #, I hadn't listed it anywhere. It's a private gov't # & there's no way they should have been able to get it. Not by looking for this other person anyway.

This number called me three times today, once at 10:28am, then at 3:50pm and again at 7:59pm. What is this all about?

You need to call back and talk to the manager. When you talk to the manager you need to say you are in "do not call list" and try to tell that manager if they keep calling you, you are going to sue them.I called three times, they finally remove my numbers.

every night for the last month AFTER 8pm- I have NEVER taken out a student loan. is it illegal for collection companies to call after a certain hour?

this number has called me about 7 times. every time they call i'm either in class or at work so i cant answer. there's never been a message left.

Called this number it is USA FUNDS which is a student loan collector. I did have deliquent student loans. This is why they are calling you.

oh and ive never taken out a student loan in my entire life. but i did just get this number and ive already received calls for the guy that had it before me.

got call at 830 pacific. "please hold for..." Recently got a call from this number and they left a recorded vm that said "USAFunds acct mgmt wouuld like to discuss your recent transaction. WTF! I have no idea what this is...
