Hi I recieved numerous calls from 765-283-3498 identified as Sallie Mae on caller ID. I talked with the Sallie Mae company at 888-272-5543 this morning 6/9/10. They have no calls logged in from the real Sallie Mae company to my number----------------Good grief another scam on the march.

Recieved a call from this number in referance with a student loan I never had or applied to. When I called back to get information on the company that called no one answered. Seem like they were trying to get info maybe to get my identification for who knows what intentions.

was someone from "student assistance", they were looking for someone else. whew! i thought i hadnt paid everything.

they call my home phone EVERY DAY. I let it roll to voice mail but the message is always a bunch of static

NO ONE IS THERE WHEN I ANSWER

EVEN THOUGH THIS IS A NEW MUNBER, I ONLY LIKE PHONE CALLES FROM PEOPLE THAT I KNOW. OTHER WISE I FEEL THAT I DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED!

I've received calls from this number at least twice a day for the last several days. No message is ever left on my voicemail. It's very annoying. I wish there was a way to block the number.

i received the call at 10:54 am and they didn't leave a voice message but only called. I did receive other Sallie Mae calls on Monday and Tuesday but with a different phone number and they left voice messages but it was only an automated voice.
