He told me that I needed to "stop trying to be the man with the balls and have my husband call him". He was not wise.
I have their proof. I'm waiting, 4 years have passed, I have burned out 4 of your 'collectors'. Lisa you are just the newest useless waste of skin, too bad my computer now auto records your messages... faster logging process for me, and my other lines remain open. Come on Moe, you arrogant prick: You and I both know you are flaunting the law, you thumb your nose every day you have to go. Ever wonder what happens when everyone starts getting together? I keep on telling you to have your lawyer call me, if you believe you got a shot, take it. Oh, and should a lawyer actually contact me, be certain I have the resources to verify every moment of their life and claims, because if you try to use a fake again, well, I'll be smiling. You can only play a lot of people once, when they aren't paying attention. Bring it. My computer only traces 15 of your numbers and diverts them to file, you have more I should think. Or are you too stupid to figure that kind of system out
There are some things in the works right now I cannot comment on but, hopefully it will shut them down. In the very least it will impact on thier cash flow. My suggestion is don't deal with the phone calls from them hang up, but go on thier web site and the people they claim to have a good repore with, or the companys they claim to have had a successfull relationship with, let them know what is going on. If the tactics they are using don't bring in the money it will have to stop. I don't talk with them on the phone anymore, they are not the people that I want to have anything to do with, so no contact is, in my opinion, the best method. Go after them with the same zeal they employ. I told "Lisa" this and my suggestion that she seek alternative employment. I suggested that the wheels of justice turn very slowly, but they do turn. My message to them is tic toc. Good luck. Jack
Dig up the fighter burried inside. If we all stand up to "phone terrorists" it will no longer be an effective method and it will stop. Good first step. good luck. Jack
This guy is still up to his own tricks. His phoney Police Magazine is trying to extort money from our company. Was just going to ignore this, but after reading all these post I might as well join the party and harass the hell out of this shyster. Might be fun.PS: Has anyone, besides the people that contributed to the cost of Moe's new house, ever seen any of these magazines? I surely haven't. I would bet the only people that see these magazines are the naive people who pay this con artist for this bogus advertising scheme. Bet he only sends a magazine (most likely just a booklet) only to the people that send him money. I would also bet he steals content from other reputable publications to put in it. So if anyone has one of these magazines that may be a way to get him. Check out the content and have the content owner sue him for copy-write infringement.
We just got screwed by him as well. Said yes on the phone, but when discussed with my GM we decided not to go ahead. His assistant Barb threatened, told us the phone conversation was taped. Hides behind a unlisted number and answering service. Didn't realize how crooked this guy is. I am putting together a list of consumer advocates in the media, police associations (this guy comes across like he represents them) I am not letting this go. 50 unanswered complaints at the BBB. Here is an example of the emails I received from him and his henchwoman Barb.I think it is time we get some media consumer advocates involved. This guy deserves jail time"You bought an ad, black and white plain and simple. You tried to renege on your commitment and we are now forcing you to honor the commitment you made. Keep in mind that no one forced you buy the ad in the first place.""Bottom line is you bought the ad and you are paying. Anything else or we done now? Thanks,Moe""Unfortunately, upon receiving a proof it is too late to cancel as services have already been provided on your account based on your conversation with our sales rep. The call was recorded in case you do not recall your commitment and feel free to contact our office and we will play the recording for you."Barb White
DO NOT EVER GIVE IN AND PAY , THEY R AS PHONY AS ATHEY COME U WEREN'T SCREWED THEY WERE. EVERYONE KNOWS MOE NAJMADEINE IS THE BIGGEST CROOK YOU'LL EVER MEET!!!!THERE IS NO COLLECTION COMPANY AT LEAST NOT A LEGIT ONE , THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND THEY HAVE NO COMPUTERS ITS ALL DONE ON PAPER....NO COMPUTER TRAIL. SUCH SCAMMERS!!!
I dealt with these misleading advertisers in December. Their intentions are to make consumers believe that they are actually dealing with a Police Department. I thought I was dealing with the Edmonton Police. This is a Company run by this individual that is running an operation without contracts, without verifying anything in writing. When I contacted the Edmonton Police Department and the Canadian Police Association, they verified that they have no affiliations with this magazine, no revenue comes in their direction. This is FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Aggressive, rude, unprofessional. WARNING TO ALL - DO NOT ADVERTISE UNLESS THEY CAN PROVIDE LEGAL PROOF THAT THEY ARE 100% OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY THE OUTFIT THEY DEEM TO BE REPRESENTING. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND NEVER AGREE TO ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE - YOU HAVE TO RUDE. PERIOD.
When the media contacts you again, please let me know. Just reply to my message with a number I can call you. They did the same thing to me last year, and now they're starting to send these Canadian Credit Management fax. With a little investigation, I would have discovered myself that it is from their office, but thanks for finding that out already. I would love nothing but to put this scam artist out of business at least (behind bars is what he deserves). I'll add my voice to yours, along with a number of associates I know who've had similar experiences. Thanks.
This outfit has been harassing me for over 4 years for an add they placed in the so called "Alberta Paramedics Magazine" without my consent. The so called mag is a ratty, amateurish little flyer that looks like something I might have run off on a an old crank handle Gestetner machine 45 years ago. They publish similar flyers under the names of "Child Find" and a whole swack of other charitable / non profit organizations they have no affiliation with. They are very aggressive and persistent, demand credit card info and so on. If I stop answering one of the numbers they call from they simply start calling from another number or unknown numbers. It's very exasperating. If you have a small business and receive a call soliciting advertising for Paramedics Magazine, Child Find magazine or names of any other charitable or non profit org you might feel inclined to support, the best thing to do is say "not now" hang up, Google the number they called from to see how many complaints have been made about calls from that number, and then notify the actual organization that the so-called "publisher" claims to represent.
