Got this number showing up on my cel as missed call. The call was listed as coming from Alberta. How do we track down these scammers and make them stop?
Called my Calgary cell #, no message. Have rec'd 2 previous calls from the same #. No message.
This number called my cell this afternoon. In Ontario. Glad I have call display. We never answer a call from a number we don't recognize. Eventually they will stop calling when they realize they are wasting their time calling a number that doesn't answer.
automated message stating 'as a valued costco member win a prize, press 1' decided to play along and pressed 1 but then phone hung upsomeone call got reconnected without me pressing anything; dead air so hung upmaybe it's my phone as it has extra water from the sudden downpour
called me a couple of minutes ago - said I won 100,000 airmles, please press 1 - of course I didn't; would like those airmiles though~!!
Got this call at noon... it says I am a valued Costco customer and I should press 1 to receive me free gift... I am not a costco customer!!! When you call it back its out of service... ANNOYING!!!
