Answered call with hello. Man with possible Middle Eastern accent responded hello? I said yes and he said it was AT&T, how are you today? I said I’m sick and don’t have time for this. Before I finished, he hung up.

this is no joke! i just had $160.00 taken from my checking account for no reson. i don't even have at&t. now i have to cancel my credit card and deal with the bank tomorrow. I called at&t and this is not their charge. att*cons is just what is sounds like a con.

Got a call from ATT at 1-800-288-2020. Did not answer and they hung up when my answering machine came on.

Rec'd call from this no. offering better deal with Charter Comm. if I'd switch svcs. During call I was asked for my 9 digits Soc. number which I refused to give out. Then I was asked for my last 4, or for my driver's license number. They also wanted my date of birth. I hung up. Why would ATT cal to change my svc. from ATT to its competitors?

It was At&T letting me know that they were performing some maintenance on their Broadband service.

I received four calls in a row. It would ring with no voice mail hang up and call again. I do not have any connection to At&t. Much later the next day they called again. This is nothing but a scam.

This is a tech support number for AT&T, they called to let me know that they would be updating service in my area. 800-288-2020 is AT&T general tech support number!

No message, blocked.

The first time they called I answered but nobody was there, just silence.The second time they called they hung up on the answering machine.I have gotten neither email nor snail mail from them about anything. So is this real? If so they're being pretty unprofessional about it.

Recorded message from AT&T informing me that they will be performing maintenance upgrade on U-Verse tonight.
