Exactly, I'm a verizon customer and never had at&t and never will. Why are they calling me? I've never inquired about any of their services ever.
Just called me at 7:45 AM. I don't answer unknown numbers especially 800 etc. No message left. Blocked.
Caller ID said V223151939012309. The phone number showed as 1-809-288-2020. I believe from what I’ve read before that this is from a computer. Therefore, not a legitimate AT&T call. And I have no connection with AT&T services. Scammer.
This can be legit or SCAM. I don't have ATT or SBC service to my area. Therefore this call is a spoofed ATT number being used by SCAMMERS for illegal telemarketing. The solution is to hold telecommunication providers accountable. They can easily block scam call source numbers and spoofed numbers.
The caller ID says ATT but never leave a message. A legimate caller would leave a message, so I am assuming a scammer has spoofed the number. ATT needs to put a stop to this idiot
I do not answer and no message was left. but wondered why it was an 800 number so reading information here is quite interesting.... I do not have anything to do with ATT at all, so it has to be spam, scam, etc. and number possibly stolen (which is what spoofed is) THEFT.
Got a call from them, ignored it. Within the next 2 minutes they called again. I answered this time. Caller stated she was from AT&T and asked to speak to someone that I did not know, so I told her she had the wrong number. She apologized and hung up. Not sure if it was legit or if it was just a scam to see if mine was a working number.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
