I just got my second call in two days from these people. I have been receiving them for some time now. It is to the point that I just turn the phone on then off on them. I seem to only hear from Jennifer. They usually stop for a while and then start again. I have yet to find out who they are or what they think I owe them.

National Recovery continues to call my paralyzed and almost blind 92-year-old mother in the nursing home. The nursing assistants have told me that they have answered several calls from this organization. I spoke with "Ashley" today and asked that she remove my mother's number from her call list. Ashley wanted to speak with someone named Lillian, and she insisted that she had the correct number. She intimated that I must be lying because this was the number on her list. I insisted that she did not have the correct number. Frustrated with me, Ashley became verbally abusive calling me a liar. I told her that I would report her company to the appropriate federal agencies and our Pennsylvania senators. I told her to that my lawyer will call HER next week.

We have a special-needs kid with huge dept, from this number. It's rude and nonsense.

They usually call several times a day, but never say who they are,no name of the agency.They leave a call back number and a master code number to ask for. They never say who they are calling for,only that someone at this number needs to call them back.There have been many times when no message was left at all.They call at all different hours. I have answered one time and a man who refused to identify himself or his company asked for my name,social security number and address.I refused to give him any info and hung up.These calls started back in July. I know it is supposably a collection agency from reading this site.

These calls come to our business number every single day for the past month we answer and they hang up...

I have been getting calls from them since about july. I don't answer the phone and they dont leave messages. I have no idea why they are calling me.

I received a very rude call from an angry sounding young woman, who would not allow me to explain that I did not own a 5 year old $93 dolloar debt for Cds. She was telling that she was going to ruin my credit I ended the conversation but hanging up.I do not mind being called for owed debt, however this is one of the most hosile calls, I have ever received AND on a Sunday. These people should be put out of business if this is the way they do business.

i recieve calls from this place telling me i have a $22 radiology bill i asked them to mail me it in writing and i would gladly pay it they refused at first then started telling me they would mail it out they wait 2 or 3 days and start calling again this started in the beginning of september 07' i still have not recieved anything in the mail now all of sudden i have another bill of $109 from from state college in PA i live in ny and have never even driven through PA again they refuse to mail me anything and state its my credit being ruined not theirs when i try explaining that i have no knowledge of these bills they simply hang up on me they call me several times each and everyday most calls are from a woman named felisha and the call all hours of the day and night today which is saturday i got 2 calls from them from different people which both hung up when i questioned once again the bills so they had me so aggravated to the point i began calling them back demanding to know what these bills were and told them if they had no mailable proof of them they needed to stop calling me each time i was hung up on i kept calling them straight back asking them how they like being harrassed i know it was probably wrong of me but they just had me soooo mad i plan to check my credit today and see if they have placed anything on there and ask that it be immediately removed if they really have no information on this bill they are trying to collect and i'm going to keep searching to see what my legal options are with this i hope everyone does the same
