not true, second guy. debt collection agencies are able to bypass the do not call lists per the FDCPA. because they are not trying to sell you anything that you havnt already signed up for or parcialy purchased already.

guy, i think i like you. first, your honest about wanting to pif. second, you like absolution. but, i know that at hospitol emergancy rooms say on big bold signs that the hospitol will charge you seperatly for every different service is rendered. if someone calls me today or any other day, about a visit i had from the hospitol, that i knew i went there, then i would go back to that hospitol and my insurance company to see why this is falling on me. if it wasnt covered or i failed to give the right info at the right time, i'd pif right then and there. but more often than not, it is owed because of copay or the insurance ran out to its max on that particular visit.

big dog, stupid guy got you. but guy, check your dates. those 3d party rules have been re vamped. because of those new orders, collection agencies have to give this rediculous message that no one wants to hear. and because of the 3d party laws, the name NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY cannot be made public for debt collection perposes. only NRA GROUP LLC is authorized. if someone says NATIONAL RECOVERY called, it you advertise your inabillity topay bills and may cause embarrasment, which are grounds for a law suit.
