Continue almost daily to receive calls from these people asking for a person with the same last name as mine. I have told them that there is no such person here or living here. They promise to remove our number from their list since 11/29/07 but the calls continue. It might be a good idea to bring a class action suit against them.

Every week I get about 7 calls from this company looking for a Roland Robertson Sr. (luckily they're to my cell phone, which is hardly ever on). I wouldn't care but checking voice mail was eating up my pre-paid minutes. I told them once that whoever RR was, he's not me & I don't know where he is. They haven't stopped calling yet.

WOW! I just got a call from them saying my son, who is 17 years old, has a $21.00 radiology bill. I didn't remember any x-rays being done to him, but they said it was for 10 months ago, so I could have forgotten, right? I mean, he plays sports so he has bumps and spills. I told the woman that I would take care of the bill, but I wanted to be sure HIS credit wasn't tarnished in any way, as he hasn't even had a chance to start a credit profile. She assured me that they don't report to the credit agencies for less than $50.00 but he needed to have this bill paid. I took her mailing info and said I'd send a check tomorrow. Five minutes later, the phone rings, its them again, this time I get a recording to call them back with a reference number.WHAT? So I call back. I get a different lady and she's rude. SHE says she's going to ruin my sons credit unless I pay! So I googled their phone number and this is what I see! WOW!

They have been calling me for over a year. I have no debt with anyone, this is a church phone line they are calling.This has been going on for over a year.

They have been calling me for 3 months on a old medical bill 6 years old,The state of PA said they can't collect after 4 years. I tried fixing this 6 years ago but no one would listen to me so I let it go. No way I am paying them and they no it. So there wasting there income I,m sure the phone bill will cost more than my co-pay. Keep them on the line as longs as possible maybe they will go broke. Never give out information on the phone check your TRW first.

I think thi is part of TRS Telecheck. The biggest bunch o lying scum in the world. I had a check bounch at Wal-mart. I sent these people the money with the service charge. They claimed to never got it. I got proof they had deposited my money order and sent them a copy. They called and wanted the orginal copies. I told them I was not that stupid. They guy said he went to school with the local Magistrate Judge and was good friends with him. I sad thats funny I did too and am a good friend of his in fact I will be stopping by to see him in the next few days. What did you say your name was? I don't remember you from school. The funny part I was tellng the truth about the Judge. I pasted it on to the judge the next time I saw him. He laughted and said if he had a dime for ever collecor who claimed to know him he would be rich. He also said he don't know any of them and don't want to they all th scum of the earth. Just lawyer wantabees that are not smart enough to go to law school.
