They hung up, I called back, a automated voice asked fory credit card number. I hurt g up

I didn't received a phone call, I received an email telling me about a billing dispute and said to call this number. I forward this email to FPOOF@CITICORP.COM. Most troubling is they had my new cc number and I hadn't used the card yet.

Recording saying "Important message regarding your credit card account". Not from any valid credit card company. Scam.

I have been getting calls from this number claiming to be able to lower my interest rates on my credit card, knowing this is a scam I selected 1 to be connected to an agent, I asked who they were and he gave the statement that it's my "primary credit provider" LOL he mentioned that my debt is $3000 (LOL wrong again) once I told him that was inaccurate he hung up on me. I blocked the number.

Scam to try and get your credit card and social security numbers.

Interrupted me this morning, but I blocked it while still ringing. I no longer answer 800 numbers with no Caller ID, which means I have missed some medical calls. Blame it on the scammers and use a Caller ID.
