Just had the same exact situation happen to me today. Spoke with Steve Rice and he told me some company had a judgement against me. TOTAL SCAM. People PLEASE beware and do not give information to these people.

we got the paul gerber call last month with the fake PI claim. this month is a a new investigator Richard Moore who claims to be investigating and wanting to serve us with a case. then he includes the case number. all BS in the end.

My office received a call from 800 509-6060 and asked for me, when they were advisied that I was out of town our operator was told to have me call the above number which they stated was the Chester County Court (Chester County, PA). They left a call-back #, extension #, case #, and name. I did not/will not respond to unknown 800 #s.

Concur. You are not in court refusing to give mandatory information nor are you a free information service. I am going to set up recording on this number and if he threatens us with anything, I am turning them into the State AG.
