Did anyone get a call from 504-469-9545 a man named Kieth West from coface,RUDE RUDE RUDE.Calls us threating us dosent even know or want to understand the situation,you are a sissy to be so rude to pepole with your lies,threat,and courrsion. STOP WITH YOUR THREATS.WE EVEN TRY TO CALL BACK AFTER BEING HUNG UP ON BEING THREATENED AGAIN TELLING US ITS TO LATE FOR US. This is a # for debt collection. Should we pay our bills? Yes. Should we be dumb enough to be collected in another white man's net? No. And in case you're wondering....stuck at home sick and was curious when he flashed "grab your phone 800 509 cash". Googled it because it seems to me that if he pays his mortgage off of the stupidity and vanity of others; he's probably looking for a "bonus" of some sort. Maury is disgusting and deplorable. I work part time at a business, answer the phone today man saying he was from coface and started telling me alot of info I did not need to know about the company I am working for. I explained I am just a worker not the owner and don't think he was suppose to tell me the owners personal info. He stated that he could tell anyone, I explained That I am part time here and my full time job is a LEO. He said he did not care and threaten to send someone over to my job... I really hope he does, Who ever shows up will not be returning to work today i will see that he or she spends some time at the local jail.. With the info he gave me I will be help the owners not to pay this bill.. I wonder how the people who hired them will like that

Oh yes I do as a supervisor of many many collection companies I have seem more than my share of shady collecting. You are correct when you say the law is different for a commerical collection .They have more leeway . How about you just pay up that will most likley stop the calls. As no oneand I mean no one is going to waste their time unless the bill is good and they are going to get paid.

Heres is one for free all you have to do on a personal debt is tell them 'DO NOT CALL ME" if theydo they are looking at big fines! Tape them. Also if you really want to mess with a collector tellthem you are typing the call that always shuts them up on the illegal stuff. Too many nasty bill collectors out there for sure. No one hates you for doing your job unless you are onenasty mother f***. I did collections for 40 years with a nice tone I proved you got more withhoney than with nasty ness. I helped people with their credit all they had to do was pay me first.

A legitimate debt collector looking for additional business. They work on a contingency basis and had attempted a collection for us in the past. We don't have any past due accounts at this time so don't have anything to give them. The caller ID just said "toll free call."
