I got a call from Paul Gerber claiming he was a licensed private investigator and was conducting an asset and liability investigation on behalf of Keith West and Altus Global Trade Solutions, the return phone call he left was for Mr West at 800 509 6060

we also received a voicemail from this guy Paul Gerber saying the same thing - he got hired by a company to conduct an investigation and will be in our office tomorrow ..blah blah blah.. and asked us to call his client directly with a case number ..CRAZY .. ignore it

They keep saying we owe someone money and will send private investigators to our business but they never do. I think its a scam.

Complete Scam....our company has been getting NON-STOP scam calls from this company trying to get information about our printer so they can send us toner because our "toner is low" (as if we can't see ourselves when it's low). They've been calling for weeks, I even had a guy call pretending to be from FedEx and say our packing slip was messed up and they couldn't see our address. About an hour later I had this "toner company" calling to confirm the address they had on file was correct to send our toner!!! Well today I had a message from this "Paul Gerber" person saying all the same stuff "private investigator, asset & liability investigation, investigation will start tomorrow; uhhh tomorrow is a SATURDAY!! highly doubt that, they were hired by Altus" BLAH BLAH BLAH! Anyways, I looked at my caller ID and the call was made from the SAME number of this "toner company" that has been calling for weeks!!! The number is locally so it may vary for everyone else (they call from 615-872-0046) but Paul does leave that same 800 # in the message saying to contact Allison if we have any questions. This is ridiculous and OUT OF HAND!!! Next time I get a call from Mr. Gerber or any of these toner people, I'll be dishing out my own harassment's if that's how they're playing. SMH

Your option is to sue them, 99% of the time you will win, as they are liars, they have incomplete information.Sue them for Defamations, Fraud, and if you are right they will settle and or loose in court, People stop been afraid of this scoundrels, they are idiots.

Report them for harassment and go to your local police station and file a harassment order. then use that to go to court and shut them down.IF you do not need a Police report file a complain with the no call list and your local District attorney. if you can get an attorney to file under contingency, for fraud, Intent of commit fraud, Harassment, emotional distress do so.If they have a judgment get a copy and file Bankruptcy, remember you need to add all names of people you owe money to make it worth wile. As they are trying go collect, then be aware that majority purchased this debt at discounted price, , lets say $ 0.20 per dollar, and majority do not have the full documentation nor anything that really proves you owe anybody money.
