This is the Red Cross. They keep calling me about blood donations, but I am no longer in the area where they call me for and I have told them such. I told them to remove my number and have pressed the harrasment issue. They still call me. It is bad enough that I blocked the number on my cell line, but can't on the house phone. Legal action may be required to end the harassment. Because of this obsured outrageous calling I now use lifeshare instead. A postcard in the mail 10 days before elgible is perfect.
July 17, 2014: I do not have a landline phone, only mobile, and I never answer callers/numbers I don't recognize, so I didn't answer this call. After the call ended I typed the phone # into my browser and found this forum instead. I have also donated blood with the American Red Cross back in April 2014. Thankfully I have an iPhone 5 which gives me the ability to block this or any other unwanted callers. Problem solved.

They will call you again and again and again. I've had my name removed from the call list 3 or 4 times, but it never "sticks". I also get e-mails now too. Heartland is the same way though. If it isn't Red Cross calling, it's Heartland!
