To Ann:There is no SOL on federal debt. writing a cease and desist letter stops calls yes, but does not resolve issue. So get YOUR facts straight. you'll owe the debt till you pay it or die.

Why did you ignore the part about it being an ex-wifes debt and not the boyfriend they are harrassing. They should be harrassing the person who is responsible - not the ex-husband!
No such thing as statute of limitations for collecting a debt, that only applies to how long it impacts your credit, regardless, its still due. Pay your bills!

I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.

Claims it is Indiana Health Department doing survey. Said they will call back. Called back at 6:00 pm. Was not home to answered. Did not leave a message. Could not find this number for Indiana Health Department.
