Verizon sucks they are scam artists I just got a bill in the mail saying I didn't pay a bill from 2012 but yet my service was never interrupted watch out for verizon, and to all the clowns making pay your bill comments put a sock in it cz im sure you wouldn't double pay on a bill or pay for fraudulent charges either Verizon sucks period

I just got a call from a lady who said I had a balance due on an old account with Verizon. This was true, I recently closed my account with them, but didn't think I had a balance due. I asked her what number I could call back on, now wanting to give info out over an incoming call. She gave me 1800 754 0961 which is how I found this site.I called Verizon, not only do I not have a balance due but this is NOT A VERIZON NUMBER. Definitely a phishing scam.

This number belongs to Verizon Wireless Financial Services and is not a phishing scam. When calling the number it immediately says 'Welcome to Verizon wireless. You have reached financial services'.

SOME PEOPLE FAIL TO REALIZE THAT THEY HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCNT AND THEY CALL FROM AN ACTIVE NUMBER SO THATS THE ACCNT THAT AUTOMATICALLY POPS UP O OUR SCREEN. SOME REPS JUST DONT DO ANY FARTHER RESEARCH,AND IM QUITE SURE THAT WE DIDNT GIVE OUT A WRONG PASSWORD BECAUSE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES WE CANT DISCFLOSE THAT INFO. THATS AUTOMATICALLY GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION. PEOPLE NEED TO STOP LYING ABT THIS BEING A FAKE NUMBER. WHEN PEOPLEACCUSE ME OF BEING A SCAMMER I JUS TELL THEM THANKS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY BECAUSE ITS GOING ON THEIR CREDIT AND AFFECTING THERE ACCNT,NOT MINES!

u should have paid on time and they would not call in the first place. What is rediculous is that you want credit/service from them but want to pay them when you feel like it instead of the dates you signed on the CONTRACT!Maybe you paid them LAST NIGHT, but collections is separate from vzw and it takes a day or to for all the systems to register that your DELINQUENT [***] has FINALLY made good. You waited 1-2 months to catch your bill up and act like it's thier fault, but if they don't sync up your account status in 3 seconds after payment then they are the f*ckrs? You are a moron.

they called me a couple days in a row now, and asked for my mom, who is the primary number on the account, why are they calling my number expecting to get ahold of her...legit or not???

what if bills are paid up to date and full....huh??? then why would they call multiple times regarding the account...

Pay your bills... this IS Verizon and they are calling you deadbeats to pay "yo celly bill". Just stop your feeble attempts at search engine poisoning... everyone sees through it and all we do is laugh at you as you live beyond your means.Those of you who have auto pay... just adjust the dates with your bank. They don't do electronic transfer, they are getting a check, and it might have arrived late. You know, post office and all.
