I kust got a call from this number. They needed permission to access my account. I was skeptical and hung up when placed on hold. I called my actual tmobile business acct rep. I left him a vmail. The caller called me back and gave me an update on why she needed my info. I gave her NO info about me or my acct but she knew info already and informed me the issue was corrected. This is TMobile even though the number looks weird. But I will still follow up with my acct rep.

I do not have an account with T Mobile and I got a call from this number...on my land line!

I got a call for this number and it was Tmobile. They were confirming my wife's appointment for an interview tomorrow. The lady was very nice and respectful.

Doesn't mean scammers aren't spoofing the number

I did not answer it. It was a scam calling me.

Just T Mobile. They had to call me back because we got disconnected.

It is the number T Mobile calls u back from if u r troubleshooting your phone. I was working with a rep and was told I would get a call back in 30 min. Didn't recognize it so I rejected it.. my bad :(

This is actually the FLEXPAY customer service line. Apparently it's different from the regular customer care. It sounds like the same Indian person and there's a woman and a man. They do not know anything exceot what is on their computer screen. And do not know English well. I asked several times are you the billing dept. She evaded me so I kept asking and she finally said no they are FLEXPAY and there is no billing dept. in Flexpay.
