On TV last night, I saw a report about a couple who has a T-Mobile account, who received a whopping bill for a tablet they did not purchase. Supposedly they went to a T-Mobile store to buy it, when they do all their shopping online. This was one of those glitches that happens every now and then. When they called the TV station, they got to the bottom of the problem, and they got a credit and a big apology, plus screen time for the couple.

Tmobile calling to make sure i recived my replacement phone. ive been with them a very long time and i hardly ever get bothered by them.

I got a call from this number and it said Please Hold and then went into silence, I held for 40 seconds and hang out. Then I googled it is scam call, may bring me extra charge. My question is that Is there anything we could do to fight back to these scammers? Do Not Call doesn't seem to work.

This is a group of hackers. I know because I have been dealing with them for 6 months. They want people to feed into their crap and keep you on the phone for hours. RUN!

I've been getting calls from 800-937-8997 and I'm not even a T mobile cumstomer and have never been with them. I've been with Sprint going on 10 years now. So I have no Idea why they are calling me.

Beware! My CC was charged $176. for T-mobile 800-937-8997. I do not and never had T-Mobile service.Still use pay as you go card.Called my bank, they ref me to T-M to report charge. Called T-M and after several punches with automation finally spoke with a person who said bank had to initiate paper work. Now I need to fill out paperwork and have it notorized, (bank does for free). Also my card is being cancelled and new one issued. I'd rather do this and prevent those lazy bums who don't want honest work , from further theft. Thanks to online banking I was able to catch unauthorized charge next day.

Well it just goes to show that those Rachelites will find you no matter what, when or where. And shame on them all!

I got a call from this number at 1:02 a.m. I have never had T-Moblie, it came to my house phone which we have had this number for almost 10 years now, and it came at a time that it never should have come at. I am on hold with them now. They have no idea why they have our number, why they called at 1:02 a.m., or anything else for that matter. We are on the Do Not Call list and have been for years. We also update regularly. They are telling me that they will call the "outbound" center who is making the calls and make sure they don't call at 1:02 a.m. We will see if this stops the calls. If it doesn't, I'll let you know.
