I had a huge refund coming from T-Mibile. (I have used them for over 10 years) I could never lign up the bill with their charges on my credit card. My husband, a CPA, showed me how their bills and my credit card matched if only out oe sequence. Call their customer care number and talk to them nicely. They will understand your aggravation.

I got a letter to inform me that they did an address change on my account. I was to call this number 1-800-937-8997 if I did not authorize the change. I called the number to inform them that I had closed my account 4 days after having it because my cellphone was hacked. They still owe me a $12.00 credit. They have a account open in my name and address. I have been dealing with ID fraud. I called this number to inform them that I was going to get in touch with FCC. They gave me another number 1-888-624-5173. They also asked for a S.S. number. I am sick of hackers and fraud. Does anyone know someone who can check phone lines for hacking. Fraud is getting out of control. Just read the sites in Europe with phone hacking and bluetooth hacking. It is now it the good old U.S.A. No one cares. Wait till it happens to you.

They (T-Mobile)called saying they need more info to transfer phone numbers.. I don't even have T-Mobile service...

I received a call at 11:33 at night. I am not a T-Mobile customer and never had been. I did not answer, and the caller left no message.

T Mobile sucks. They have had my crapspo screwed up for the last 2 mos I can't stand it. I have been a customer for over 7 yrs and never issues but this crap of late is too much. Unemployed, I used my phone number on hundreds of apps/resumes. Well, when somebody calls me they are told I am 'out of service', this for two months. I have called and called and called. Just yesterday the isiots ask me if I want to change my phone number. WTF? I told them to call my number to listen to the stupid out of service message and the number they called from is this number. So it has nothing to do with delinquent anything. I think I'm going to drop them today because for over two months I haven't gotten a straight answer from anybody there supervisor etc etc etc. They done pissed me off.
