i have not called this number, but they have just text me when i text stop to the number you have just given me over the phone, there text said contact american express. i dont know who they are or how they have got my number
They keep calling our office (I'm the receptionist), and we don't answer 800 or toll free phone calls. When I don't pick up, they call back- three or four times in a row. I'm not sure, but it seems to me if they are a debt collector, that's outside of normal practices.
I just got a call from this number and they left a voice mail saying they were T-Mobile and wanting information to complete the transfer of my number from another company. I don't have T-Mobile and I am not switching to them. So, I called the T-Mobile number I found on-line. Turns out they don't have a pending request to switch my number to them. I thought perhaps someone was trying to inconvenience me, maybe the "stalker" I had in the past. Perhaps the T-Mobile number was "spoofed" and a scammer was trying to get personal info. Either way, someone is out of luck and it isn't me.
This is just T Mobile customer service. My wife's little brother is on my family plan. His mom called T mobile to make changes to his plan, and this number called me so I could add her as an authorized user. The caller did not try to sell me anything or collect any payment, or anything like that. And anyone who thinks T mobile people read this site is an idiot. Answer the call, correct the problem, and be done with them. Its not that hard.
This is TMobiles Customer Service for sure. It could be regarding collections or anything they need to contact you about. In my case it was to add insurance and switch from Flex Pay to real plan....NOTHING BAD. But, I do not prefer to give my personal info to an incoming call - with that said, I will call them back. :)
