Can't believe they are still doing this low interest scam for all these years. Just look at all the comments. Anyway, they called me today about the same old thing. It's a shame the government doesn't go after them.
Can't you guys see this is a guy from India or Nepal or wherever, spoofing a real number belonging to a bonafide company and he has done this numerous times? What everyone should do is DEMAND Chase to hire a gyy from MIT to use a number which format releases an ID that cannot be duplicated!!!!!!!
Can't you guys see this is a guy from India or Nepal or wherever, spoofing a real number belonging to a bonafide company and he has done this numerous times? What everyone should do is DEMAND Chase hire a guy from MIT to design a plan which uses a number format that in turn releases the caller's real name or at least location and give the number an ID that cannot be duplicated!!!!!!!
Wow, brilliant idea! I bet you called Chase right away and made that demand, didn't you? Although why you felt the need to post it twice is beyond me.
May 1, 2018, 2:02 PM - credit card robocall from "800-945-2000 CHASE CARD SVCS" to my number on the national DNC list. The Caller ID was a spoofed number. It was a familiar robocall in an unidentified female voice that said:"This is an important message regarding your current credit card account. We have made several attempts to reach you. This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate. Press 1 to speak to the member services department, or press 2, and your eligibility to lower your rates will expire. "I pressed 1, and got an Indian sales rep, who did not identify himself and said "Card Services". I said something about where I was which got him to says that they were in Atlanta. I then made a do not call request 2 times, and after that, while I was reading my phone number, he hung up.
I tried contacting Chase. It's impossible--they DEMAND you give your credit card # in order to speak with someone. I have never had any business dealings with Chase, so it's impossible to speak with a customer service rep.
