I checked my Citicard online and a fraudulent charge had appeared. I called the number on the back of my card and sure enough, someone had hacked into my account and I had to close the account. Now I have to wait for a new card to arrive by Fedex.

I asked to be removed from their calling list and he told me to go f**k myself.

they called and left a message, and when I called back the first thing they asked me for was my social security #, of course I did not give it to them. I do not have a Citi Card. Also I have received two different calls in the past month saying that I have felony warrants out for my arrest and I went to police dept and they said it is a scam. the real problem is that they have my SSI, its really scary.

Got a call from Caller-ID 210-677-1346. The man said he was from Costco Visa and wanted to talk to someone who had my phone number. I said they didn't live here anymore. So he hung up. So I called the number on the caller-id and it said "Citi" and to call 800-950-5114. Nothing makes sense about this because these companies don't call you, they send you mail.

This number called me yesterday and kept asking me for all my visa and MasterCard and discover etc telling me they are trying to give a lower interest rates on my credit cards and needed more personal info to update my accounts and that they were CITI credit bureau and they contact me in 24hrs when the rates have dropped. I canceled all existing accounts and these jerks have been harassing nonstop so I have reported these numbers 18009505114,(319)225-2270,(276)7447571 to EQUIFAX

Got a call from this number. I didn't answer and got no voicemail. When I called back, an automated number asked for my "full credit card number or social security number." Sounds like shenanigans.

this number is not legitthey called me from a different number and i didn't pick up but the message was weird it said to call the number 1800 950-5114this is a scam!!!!

it happened to me too and i called citi with the number on the back of the card and they say that they dont call and ask for info like thatjust be careful there's a lot of jack [***] out there that trying to scam people all the time

Caller claimed to be from Cardmember Services. He INSISTED that I give him my CC information "so that he could verify my account and reduce my interest rate." When I refused, he told me that he "...was my father because he f****d my mother." He went on from there to embellish his claims. A real class act - just the sort of person to represent a business.I called back using caller ID and got Citi Bank. I was told that they don't make outgoing calls from this number so there was nothing they could do to identify this person.If it was my business being portrayed to the public like this I would find some way to do something about it. Apparently Citi is not that concerned about their image.BE CAREFUL who you give ANY information to.
