If you talk to them, the second you seem like you are NOT going to comply with their services they will hang up on you. I suggest being extremely foul to them and talk to them every time. One other person on this kept them on the phone for 15 min and said they didn't ever call back. I would like to tell them what I really think.

I sent an email to the 'contact us' address on their website. Filled in a bunch of crap, then wrote in the message window I am going to call their receptionist every 5 minutes for the next few hours and drive her bonkers.Ha. It might not get me anywhere, but it will feel good. I'm very frustrated the law allows us honest bill-paying people to be harrassed like this with no consequences to the people doing the harrassing. Isn't the lase supposed to be on OUR side????

Automated dialer starts by saying there is no problem with your credit cards but you need to act immediately to reduce your interest rate.

The automated unwelcome telemarketing calls are being made from a telemarketing company from Richmond Virginia, USA( as per Bell Canada).The company name is unknown; however it is a Generic Financial Company from the United States.

Credit card scam. Ithink when ou press 3 in allows them to call you not the opposite. This number calls every night around dinner time. Last one at 8. I'm on Canadian no call list. Big deal. Doesn't apply to Americans.

Got a call twice from this company and called back both times and through the automated responce asked to be put on the "do not call list"However they still continued to call and after being hung up on 3 times when asked to speak to a supervisor was told that the automated "do not call list" that you think you are being put on does not actually exist and you have to talk to a representative and they just write your name on a piece of paper on their desk. LIES LIES LIES..ANNOYING AND RUDE!! Dont waste time even answering this call!!

I keep getting calls from this number and other long distance number a whole lot more even after registering with Do Not Call list and at the same time have call privacy. Nothing seems to work. I don't know what these people want by calling about credit and car dealership and it sounds so stupid. I wish somebody would do something about these crank calls. Very frustrated since I am handicap and have to run to recieve a long distance call worrying of some emergency from relatives.

We have 3 lines. We get calls to each line 3-4 times a day. 2 in the last 5 minutes. Tried talking, but they just hang up when you say anything they don't want to hear.I am on Canada's new Do Not Call list but the calls continue.Called my phone company and they have DISCONTINUED their call blocking feature. Incredible.
