Like all of you, I've gotten calls from this # almost daily. Spoke with one rep last week who gave me some 'advice'. I told her that I dont 'qualify' for their offer so could they stop calling me. (I tried the "I know it's a scam, so stop calling" but that didn't work).She told me that she would remove my number, but that it could take 2-3 weeks for the calls to stop. Then she told me that every time you press any of the options (1 to speak to an agent, 3 to remove your number, etc) that re-activates your number in their system and they will continue calling you. She told me to just hang up on the call.I have to say, since that day, they haven't called me once.

Calling several times a week, they leave no message. Blocked it so they can't call again.

Just tell them that this is a SCAM and that your going to file another report to the police. And they should leave you alone!

I have been getting this phone call for aprox 8 months now. I've pressed number 3 numerous times to be removed from the call list, but they keep calling. So, I've tried pressing one and asking for a supervisor or a manager to which, I get hung up on every time. I sometimes even ask the live person to put me on the do not call list for that company, and I am assured every time that I am and I will not receive any more calls....but I do. I've even got 3 calls from this number in one day. I'm getting very sick of this, and I have no clue who to complain to. I have recorded and have proof on my phone of every time they've called in the last 2 weeks (which was 9 times so far) but I have no clue who to report this to. I'm in Canada so I need a contact in Canada to complain to. Thanks

Just received a call from Cardholder Services at 10:11am to lower my intrest rates .. Again. They have been calling for at least a year. I registered on CANADA'S DO NOT CALL LIST the first day hoping that would be the end, however has not stopped these people. I have pressed #3 to be removed from their list more times than I can remember. Today I pressed #1 to talk to service agent. When I asked who they worked for she said VISA and MASTERCARD. I told her to remove my number from thier call list and the B***H HUNG UP ON ME! I pay money to have a phone just to be harassed daily. I'm starting to think the only way to make it stop is to get rid of the phone. Very sad.

I got the few times call from this number. But when I pick up the phone there were no message. I wish he would bother me anymore.

cardholder services again phoned me for the 3rd time this month. they were calling from virginia for the last 6 months@1-804-518-2490. the old message used to say 'press 3 to be removed from our calling list'. I did that for the last 6 months. It obviously did not work, so for the last two calls I spoke with the operators and gave them phony information to carry on the conversation with. As long as they are talking to me they are not scamming anyone else. After the last call I dialled the 804 number and got a message to 'press 1 to be removed from the calling list'. I did so.Now I have gotten a call from the same company@1-755-458-4154. the message no longer mentions anything about being removed from the calling list. I was able to speak to a woman for about five minutes and she told me she was in orlando, florida. She also said they are affiliated with VISA and Mastercard. I wonder if those companies know about that part of the script. When I told her I wasn't comfortable giving out my personal information over the phone she hung up on me. I guess her manager must have been listening too.Don't fall for this scam. Don't give them any personal information.

Actually, it's a generic financial services company with a wide variety of messages; home refinancing, low interest credit cards, blah blah blah.Don't bother trying to get on their DNC list. Doesn't work, no matter what you do or who you talk to. The number has to be blocked.
