we are being fraudulently billed from this company which we never called.

1-800-320-8649 (called me on june 24, 2017 when i was out) and mentioned someone's else's i.Cloud account - i did not return the call. I phoned the number 1-800 from my bank and they said, you can call 1-807-788-1246 and they can help you. I did not phone the second number, good thing i did not phone it.

Received my October bill...what a surprise. "Tue ug 22 Triton Global Assist-ann - ON 807 788 1246 time 11:35 duration 1.0 Call type "O" - amount 3.89 + tax......called Bell and after some.........explanation ....charge was cancelled...

I have a charge on my phone bill of $7.78 from January 30/31, 2018. I do not recall any such call being made. The Billing is from Triton Global. Triton Global is the company that Bell uses for their directory assistance. It appears I have no choice but to pay for this. Watch your phone bills very carefully. Find an alternative provider if you have to. Bell has given me an offer to lower my internet for one year. I am going to peruse alternate coverage in the next few months. This is nonsense! $3 plus tax per minute minimum charge...$180 per hour. I am already paying too much and so is everyone else.

rogers bill came with a 3.99 charge for calling 807-788-1246 on Feb 24. No one was home at the time of the call and rogers says we must have made the call. I checked my previous bill and there was another so call directory assistance call made in January to a number 347-368-0984 in NY. Who in 2018 uses directory assistance?Rogers is looking in to and willing to erase the charges but that is not the point. I want to know how can some company make money on that if you do not place the call yourself.

This number being used through my phone number and reversed charges. This explanation I been given by Videotron when I called to find out why my bill was increased. I never used that number and don"t know who it belongs. Why they can do it an how?
