Only intelligent answer I've read on the page. I'd give the Nielson Survey a chance myself. Very reputable company.
Received call for a TV ratings yesterday. I told them I'm not interested. Then they kept on calling today (at least 6 times) but when answering machine goes on, they hang up. I called back the number 1-813-366-9800 which led me to call another 800 number.I told them to stop bothering me, I already told one of their representatives that I'm not interested in participating. The person got my phone number and said they'll get me out of their list so I won't get called again. When asked why they are calling me despite my number being on the DO NOT CALL LIST. The person said that they are a research company which is exempt from the do not call list. How many times to you have to tell these people not to call you anymore before they actually do it?!
The first call I answered and after a few minutes I was very suspicious. I told the lady that I was not going to do this and hung up. They are still calling several times a day..every day. I do not answer the phone hoping the calls will stop but this has been going on for over a week. Driving me nuts! I don't think its legit for a legitimate company would not keep CONSTANTLY calling. I feel that anyone who calls and calls and calls is up to something trying to find an easy target.
They call at least twice a day. I never answer and they never leave any message. After reading all the previous posts about this number, I won't waste my time. This is exactly why I have caller id.
hey people Nielson ratings is the people that decide what you are going to be watching on TV . They do not just allow everyone to do it . I get their surveys and fill them out through the mail. Important way to help decide what your going to be watching . so if you do not want to watch even more reality midgets, cooks , screaming bimbos and other garbage you should fill them out . Help stop the reality garbage and put something entertaining on the TV , like South Park or futurrama . good wholesome family viewing . Or continue to puke while Skankie or them Skanknashian sisters infest your screen.
