After being called by this number about once a day for the past week, they finally left a voice message:"Hi, This message is on behalf of Dorschel Volkswagen [in Rochester NY]. This message is regarding the service reminders that we've mailed you. Our records indicate your vehicle may be due for service. Please contact us at (585) 334-9440, and we will be happy to set an appointment for your next service. Thank you, and have a great day. "I already had the work done elsewhere, so I'll call Dorschel and tell them to take me off their list.

Usually, this is a service which the car dealer or service has hired to peform a Post-Service Customer Satisifaction Survey. It would be easier if they just a phone ID.
