I just had mu Beetle service, the dealership mentioned that there would be a service survey...
Same as the rest of you. Mine is a Volvo Dealer in Franklin, TN. I'm sure they mean well, and they are polite, but it's overkill. I'll ask them to remove me from their calling list the next time they call.
Just call 818 725 2292 and ask to have your number unsubscribed and we will immediately put your # on the DO NOT CALL list.
I sent an email to info@gotopeak.com requesting I be removed from both the call list and the email list. I included my car identifier as it was included in the emails I received, my phone number, and my name. The response I received was that I was immediately removed from the call list and would be notified once I was off the email list. Worth the time for anyone who has been bother by this company.
This services is used by Chaplin's VW/Subura of Bellevue (WA). Calling me only because I have not been in for service in awhile (because I don't have that car anymore). They never called to remind me when I still owned the car, thus this is basically them marketing their services.
Have an Audi and only had service done once (it is a used car). I don't answer these calls.
Thanks, Brett. It's true, just email us at the address Brett has listed and we will remove you. Please include your name and phone number.
Called the other day, left no message. No message means must not be important and results in me blocking the number with Ooma. Good bye 818-725-2292.
Oh good, these [***] want to know how my interaction went with the dealership? I've got a file number for them with the Better Business Bureau and Bayridge Volkswagen in Brooklyn is all over it.
I thank all of you for contributing your observations.I received a call, did not answer it, then Google-searched the number.Of course this website showed at the top of the search results.I have had my Volkswagen Jetta serviced recently, under the planned, no-cost maintenance schedule.I guess that the caller wanted to sell to me an 'extended warranty,' as I obviously care enough about my car to take it to regular, no-cost services at the dealer...Anyway, thanks to all of you who report this and other callers.
