I've been haggling with these people for more than a month trying to recover an overpayment. An overpayment by which they're on record as saying they'd pay back.First, they sent a letter on 23 Feb 2015 with whiteout (very unprofessional) of the outstanding balance and a handwritten promise not to draw money out of a friend's account and instead bill me. Well, they failed on that promise and charged her bank account for $103.17 on 3 Mar 2015 which satisfied the balance with the creditor plus they cashed my check resulting in them being overpaid by $103.15.The first time I called, I got one heck of an act (all the sighing and just an outpouring of emotions) from Tonya Eggers stating that her company did a pull sheet for the friends card not to charge her account. The second time I called, 17 March at 19:02Z, I was approved to receive the check in the mail in a couple of days.26 March 2015: I received a call from Tonya at 18:00Z from a callback request I made at 13:00Z, it was just a coincidence that Susan, the supposed mystery woman who writes the checks, was out for the day and she waited 5 hours just to tell me that she wasn't in.31 March 2015, they were supposed to get the check in the mail that day... well, it's the first full week of April, and nothing in the mail yet.The 6th of April 2015, the Better Business Bureau has notified me of another strike against Trinity Hope Associates due to no contact.All this talk about greed and selfishness among republicans... I think it's all right here with these people -- Trinity Hope Associates.Well starting 07 April 2015, the game is going to be played my way.

Some Dope Named Mark called me. Very unprofessional. As I was in mid sentence with him talking about the way we could resolve this matter he hung up on me. I figured it was a lost call due to it being a cell phone. I called him back and he told me he hung up on me. They are located in Hudson, North Carolina..I Cant stand unprofessionalism MARK IS TOP DOG OF BEING SOMEONE WHO SHOULD BE REVALUATED AND LET GO!! I PLAN TO FOLLOW UP WITH MY COMPLAINT DAILY!!!!!!!!!! I WILL ALSO PRINT THIS PAGE AND TAKE IT TO THE DR OFFICE WHO USES THIS COMPANY AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT KIND OF SCUM HE DEALS WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trinty hope is a scam, they said I owe 700 in hospital bills that my ins covered and I refused to pay, so they said that it would go to court and I would go jail

A guy called me from this trinity place..Seems like they are hiding behind a Christian name. He said he was retained from a DR's Office and will be filing charges against me. You guys really need to RE-TRAIN your workers. I guess they are only TELE Markerters anyway..

Received a call from Mark today saying that I owe a medical bill back in 2007. Was told that if I did not pay today that legal actions would be taken. Did not trust giving info over the phone plus I never received any phone calls or letters stating that I still owed on this bill??? So I checked with the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce and The BBB of western NC. Neither one listed this company. Yes this is a fraud. If I receive anymore calls I will contact the local news station and police department asap. This company is located in Lenoir NC. Caldwell County if anyone wants to know.

Screaming as always

There was a message on my machine from 8283940078. The message stated that either me or my attorney needed to contact them ASAP with a case number. When I called back and told the case # that was left on my machine I was told "that is not right, what is the phone number I called". When I told her that I needed to know what it was about before I gave out personal information I was told "then suffer the consequences don't ever call here again". The woman never identified herself as a collection agency. I still don't know if the call is legit, but I do not need to be threatened. She had better never call my house again, or I will be calling the police.

if you guys (trinity) are real i thing i would rather deal with the freakin law. than talk to a bunch of, well you all know what i mean i think i will take everyones advise and just pay the hospital.
