How ridiculous to claim they have gone through your trash. It's unreal all of the bull crap answers they are giving to people. I've gotten calls on my cell from a Donna. My cell is private so how did they get that number. They have called at almost 9:00 p.m. before 9:00 a.m. saying it is imperative I call them back and its of the utmost of importance. No other info.

these people call on almost a daily. I have tried to explain to them that this bill is or has been resubmitted for payment do to and error of my insurance company,Tanya of there company wants to hear nothing, so now i don't even answer my phone. Tanya is the most no class no educated arrogate female (i guess) i have every spoken to in my life. now i explain to them or tryed that this payment was mail and that the caompany owed said that they don't even understand how they got the account in the 1st place. shame to use something christian name for the dirty and langauage they use.

I received a call stating the same as many of you...'have your attorney call me by 4 pm with the case number....'I called the number back, they did not answer Trinity Hope and I told them, 'I have not idea what this is about nor did you answer your phone as a business however, if I need an attorney for some reason just let me know because I work for 75 of them!' They hung up on me. I do work for attorneys by the way...

Donna just called. When I asked what company she was calling on behalf from, she told me it was against the law to disclose that information to any other person other than the one she was trying to reach. I hung up on her.

Have had a call did not recognize number since it was received on my cell phone. Leaving the name "DONNA " AND IT WAS IMPORTANT FOR ME TO RETURN THE CALL, AND LEFT THIS 828394412 NUMBER. Who ever this person is did not leave a detailed message therefore I don't know this person I don't know anybody in North Carolina, it comes up as Trinity hope, and I am not answering those types of phone calls on my cell phone the last time I checked I thought people were not allowed to call you on your personal phone, if it's legitimate they would have my phone number at home I plan on turning this number into my local police department. And if it is a collection agency I have an HMO and a co-payment I have no outstanding balances anywhere, I also have not received any collection notices in the mail I thought that was the standard practice if you were trying to collect on a bill. And I am perplexed at the information they have and want to know how they got it . When I looked Trinity Hope up online because that's how it came up on my phone it said it was a church feeding the hungry in Haiti and the Better Business Bureau of North Carolina has not heard of them, does not have any listing as quote-unquote a collection agency what gives? concerned in Maryland.

I received a couple of calls from this number but would never leave a detailed message as to what it was regarding...never would they leave the name of the company just their first name--- Donna and then a guy. The number originates in North Carolina, where I do not know anyone. so I didn't respond. Earlier this month I received a letter from "Trinity Hope Associates" on behalf of First Source Anesthesia for a bill they stated that I owed. I resolved that bill with another company earlier this year.
