I received a call from a man first who had no information about the account in question and could not even tell me if the account was in my name or my juvenile daughter's name. I told him i thought it was a scam and told him not to call back. I then got a call from kim calling from the same number as the man and i hung up. I called the hospital name on the bill and they don't use this collection agency. I'm taking this bill to caldwell unc as soon as possible
