It's a hospital bill collection agency. They are trying to collect from me on a bill I paid 3 months ago in full.

THANKS BECAUSE I JUST GOT A CALL MYSELF FOR THE SAME THING. SO IT'S A HOSPITAL COLLECTION AGENCY

I work for a hospital in SC, these people called one of our patients and they were told they were one of our collection agencies (THEY ARE NOT ONE OF OUR COLLECTION AGENCIES)and if they didn't pay the bill they were going to jail. This person was also told to make the money order out to "Troy".When my supervisor called the number 828-394-4142 to see if maybe there was a misunderstanding....A man named Troy answered the phone "Trinity Hope". she ask him if he was a collection agency. He would not answer.

Just reported these unethical, unprofessional people. If enough of us stand up to these jerks, they will be forced to stop harassing people and go out of business. I can't believe and legitimate company would use their services. I've worked collections before and threatening people gets you nowhere & is illegal. Wise up, Trinity!

i got a call about a month or two ago saying i need to call them by 4 or my attorney if i had one it was very urgent gave a different number to call back on as well...then got a call few days ago and they left no msg but also called my work and said they had the wrong number, never even asked for me thought it was just a wrong number but when i got home they called here too...googled them and seen a website about them being a collection agency mostly for medical bills? but i read everyone's comments...is this just a scam or what? and if they are a collection agency for a sc hospital how did they get my info if i'm in contact with the hospital already about my bills?

Didn't any of you last three posters read the earlier post that they are NOT a collection agency? How many times have you received emails from Paypal or Ebay or Chase Bank trying to weasel account information out of you by saying they had a "security leak" and needed to "verify" your information or they would suspend your account. I hate to be unkind, but I don't know who's is more stupid, the jerks like Troy who think they can get people to write out a hospital payment check payable to them or the people who do it. Darwin says; Smarten Up!

Trinity hope are the most rude people I have ever spoke to they like to use threats and they like to yell they funny thing is they have their heads up their butt and don't even know what their talking about half the time and their wrong on all their information ....it's pitiful that anyone would even use this so called company it's a real joke ... and I would love to meet them in person their probably the most illegal company in the world and making threats to people who are actually innocent .

Don't talk to anyone named Cindy or Joseph wow didn't know you could run a business like that.abd not even have the right information in the first place good luck with all your threats..
