I received a call from two different people from this company and both times I talked to them they were so rude and were telling me that if they didn't receive a payment they should send the sheriff to my house and have me arrested for not paying my medical bill. I then told them they would not receive a payment until I receive a statement stating how much I owe. Then they had the nerve to hit my account after my husband told them not to until we receive a statement. Well I just want you Tonya and Toni to know that y'all are both rude and hateful and y'all act like y'all want to help but as soon as I asked for a written statement y'all both became very hateful toward me and toward my husband! I think y'all are both unprofessional and y'all need to lose y'all job because with a job like what y'all have you should have more mannerism and respected for you customers!

Yes I had the same trouble with Tonya and Toni and as well as Cindi . You need to call the the dr about them. Or it will not stop !!!

This company Tonya represented herself as working for an attorny's office. And even threatened to garnish my pay check id I didnot pay. I have never received any itemized bill, they went as far as to refuse to sent me a bill. I have insurance and they would gladly pay if they would just get a bill. I even did a three way call with this company and my insurance. I thought things were settled. Then last night Tonya said my insurance refused to pay this bill. She told me that Blus Cross denied the claim. Thats not my insurance. All I want is a copy of the bill so my HR dept can forward to the proper insurance. This company is a scam. I think they make a higher commission if they drag this out. JUST SEND ME A BILL! I have never been late on a bill in my life. I PAY MY BILLS!

Trinity Hope & Tonya Eggers are crooks. They have been reported to The Attorny Generals Office and to The FTC. I think if enough people follow through and report these con artists we can all laugh out loud when they go to prison. Tonya is a liar. I think most people would pay their bills if you really wanted to help. You don't. That is why you will not give any information to try & help make people successful. KMA

Some of these Trinity Hope employees sound more like Nigerian scammers or otherwise uneducated in the English language, with their "there" misspelled words "works", or they are typing comments on a stupid Kindle Fire...

this woman called and said if we did not pay today, then the sheriff would be sent and my wife would be served at her work place. I repeatedly asked her for a business number to call since this seemed like her personal number and she complained that i did not believe her legitimacy, joking that she had gone through my trash. I told her to send a bill to my address and I would pay it, she declined. Not to mention that the only number they give you is never answered when you return the call and their voice mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. I am thinking about contacting inside edition to have them investigate this trinity hope place.

I continuously get calls from this number about a hopsital I've never even been to or heard of. And their scare tactics just don't work with me. It is illegal in the state of North Carolina to try to "scare" someone into paying a bill. The last call was from a guy named Chris that told me the local sherriffs office would be at my door with a. subpeona today, the same thing another one of these tried pulling 3 months ago. HA what a joke! The next time I get a call from them they will be hearing from my attorney for harrassment.
