They will not sue you over what I believe to be 178.00. What I would do (if you want to) is call the orginal creditor and say your having problems with Summitt and want to work out a settlement. Or call back and talk to another rep.Either way you should be in good shape.

Called my mobile and never addressed me by my name. Mentioned my county name. They called in on a 702 number but left 844 498 6545. His name was Alonzo. Never told me the amount or the creditor. I have had this 702 number call me before. Gave a case number. Never gave a company name from where he was calling me. Said it was an attempt to collect a debt on some receivables.
Got a call from a Tammy, said it was for some debt. Didn't say my name, what was owed, or who it was owed to. Fortunately, I have no credit cards, and my only debt is student loans, which I am up to date on my payments, so this is clearly a scam.

I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
