Girl left message and stated she called previously and left a message as well. But I didnt get any message! She stated that I needed to call her back ASAP and it's time sensitive material. She said it was an attempt to collect a debt. It was all very vague. Wait till you get something in writing... Received call around 2:30pm

Someone named Chelsea called me about 2 weeks ago and was also very vague in her message. It sounded sketchy so I didn't return the call. I did receive a letter from Summit Receivables yesterday collecting on a debt but the letter does not identify the original creditor. When you go to their website and put in the ID # they list on the letter, it's not even a valid number. I emailed them yesteday and again today. Have not heard yet. Also the number on their letter from the state of Nevado is not toll a free number.

Someone keeps calling from this number for a debt I do not owe!

This person keeps calling trying to collect a phantom debt.

Someone named chelsea called me first then a tammi smith. 702-445-7777. I called back and some other girl answered. Before I could even find out any information she said is this Aime. I said yes. She said you wrote a bad check to target finanical services for 100.00. You need to settle this today before it goes to your county of Alameda and costs you more. You put your employer as your collateral. I said wait I have gotten nothing from you in wriing what is this? She got rude and some words were expressed. She said "I am calling your employer right now and reporting you". What is this? I cant find a target financial services. IS this a scam. She said I could be arrested and taked to court. I asked for something in writing and got attitude.

Keeps leaving messages. Aggressively trying to collect a debt, saying there is a file with negative remarks. They never state our name. We have always been current on any or all debt, so this is a scam or mistaken identity.

I just rec'd a call from 844-498-6545 a girl by the name of chelsea at summit rec.Not going to deal unless i see proper docs.So far, havent seen anything.Dumb [***] fraud people.

They can't arrest you. Why are you helping these dishonest debt collectors by putting nonsense out there?

I got a call from these people 5/20/15, and one the week before. The first was a voicemail left by Chelsea. By the time I got a chance to call, they were closed. So I got another call on the 20th, which the kids went down for a nap at the same time and I was able to call them back. I told them I was returning Chelsea's call. Irene from the "legal department" got on the phone and began speaking very aggressively with me. Told me I had to make a payment of 178 right then or they'd pursue the matter in court and I'd be held responsible for all legal fees accrued. I told her I had no money (seriously, enough for milk and diapers) at the moment, but we got paid on the 25th and I could make a payment that day. She repeated again that was not acceptable and I needed to pay RIGHT NOW. I tried again to tell her I could not, she cut me off and started threatening to garnish my wages and said she would be contacting my employer. I'm a stay home mom for the last 3 years.... I tried to confirm an employer, she talked over me and said they'd see me in court, then hung up. I have worked with collection agencies before... none have EVER refused a payment I was willing to make...
