got the same call today, never spoke to anyone about anything to put me in a negative light,, such a scam theses idiots need to find a real job.

scammers ,, trying to get money out of people,, I jerk them around when they call, hey have some fun with the miserable lowlifes,, theres no debters prison ,, people don't go to jail for non payment of a debt, if so jails would be so over crowded real criminals woulden't have any where to be jailed, lol, tell them [***]

Called on cell phone. Left voice mail since I did not answer. Call from 864-412-4690 (MY local area code). Message left was from a Richard Fox with Summit Receivables and to call 844-498-6545 for resolution to debt (which I am unaware of). Said they have left many messages (wrong) and that I have failed to answer them. Between them, URG, and numerous others calling for debt resolution (Immediately(!), or, they will send the gendarmes to my house or workplace, I am considering tossing my cell AND my landline out. This gets so old. Especially if you have no debt! Thank all of your for posting your comments and identifying the culprits.

I wrote a $20.00 check about 15 years that bounced along with a few others. I thought i paid them all until I was pulled over and taken to jail for the one I missed. It can and does happen and you can be taken to jail for not paying a payday loan. It is the same as stealing. In Michigan anyway.
