Some man name James called my father and aunt and said I used them as a reference. When I called to find out who this company was, James refused to tell me the name of the company. I told him to stop calling my family and that I never used them as a reference. James started yelling at me and I informed him I would be contacting an attorney and I hung up. These people need help!!!!

I got a call from Summit Receivables from a guy who says he's trying to collect a debt. I have never been notified in writing and I am sure I don't owe anyone a debt. His name is James Ext 531. I believe this is a scam.

After several more calls from Summit, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Summit then dropped my relative's account. Undoubtedly, some other bill collector will be calling me about the same account. It is easy to think about filing a lawsuit, it is harder to have all the proof needed to convince the Judge that the other party is bold-faced lieing. I did retain an attorney to sue a bill collector before, I should've gotten thousands, That bill collector barely settled for $500 because I was unable to prove the caller names, recording and transcript of what was said of each and every call. The burden of proof is ridiculous. I believe the courts are set up to protect who has more money. Our justice system is broke, we are on our own, but the BBB's method works.

I received a call from a Houston Tx number, Anthony Amedeo. Never addressed me by name. Said to call him back at 844 498 6545 and said it was Summit Receivable. Then said it was an attempt to collect a debt. I don't know him or the company.

I keep getting a call from 844-498-6545 a guy named Anthony.. actually left message today saying he is from summitt receivables.. said he has an issue to discuss with me that I might find interesting and if I could please call him back and we could discuss further over the phone!Seeing all these comments I guess it's a debt collection company, or a fake one ..I know for a fact I have no outstanding debt!

I received a call from Anthony Omedayo(SP) with my area code of (513)898-0538 but he gave this as a return number. He did not state my name or any name for that matter, what the debt was for (I have no unpaid debts except student loans and I am still in school, I don't even have a credit card) or the company the debt came from. I will not be returning the call or answering any future calls. If they really are collecting a debt they can mail the information to me and I will deal with it that way rather than talk to rude collectors on the phone.

Lady called named Susan Smith said to call her back at 844-498-6545. When I called this number I got a male named Zach Brown who stated that Susan Smith was an automated voice message system. He transferred me to a James Smith who when I asked if Susan Smith was a real person he said yes, I asked again to speak with Susan Smith, and James told me that she was busy on another call. I laughed, it was obvious that this was a spam call. He was rude when I would not give him my SS# and said that I was yelling at him. I laughed at him and told him that there was no way that I was giving that information out over the phone. That if I had a debt then he would have to mail me proof of that debt. He yelled at me, and used foul language and name calling. I told him that he was not being professional and that I wanted to speak with Susan Smith or his supervisor. He hung up after that.

So I got a call from a Steven AK from Summit Receivables saying that they was a case filed against me in my county he called me from 702-786-1517 he left a message to call him back at 844-498-6545 when I called a man name scott answered I was put on hold then I was disconnected.

These people won't stop calling! Telling me we have time sensitive material to discuss. Also that notes they took on a call with us put us in a negative light. They never stated who they were looking for.

Got garbled message that they have reviewed my file and unfortunately the results are negative. I am here to help and want to help. Literally one quick call and we can turn a negative into a positive. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Call originated from 682-305-2691 told to call 1-844-498-6545
