Caller ID is Out of Area. No message. Obvious scam/telemarketer.

Just got a call from this number and they said it was an emergency!!! 8584120172

If you have higher expectations for what government can do, move to the European Union, which has much higher taxes but also a much higher level of both happiness and satisfaction with government. The philosophy of governance is also fundamentally different. For emails that we call SPAM you have to OPT IN to get them in Europe while in the USA you have to OPT OUT, which is nearly impossible to enforce.Your advice though not to answer unknown callers is sound, although I generally allow an unknown caller to leave a message.

Tired of calls from anyone who is unwilling to identify self. Can't understand how the system allow this to happen when we are on do not call lists.

No message, no ethics, no way! On the Do Not Call list as well.

Another call and no message. Almost all cases another scam. Unavailable on my caller ID shows that to be true.

Yet another telemarketer/scammer that calls while blocking out their name and never bothering to leave a message.
