After reading many of these comments, I see why we get so many stupid calls all day and night...first lesson you don't seem to have learned is this..."You always pay more when you buy door to door." Now how would that apply to these scam phone calls? Because most of you have given to one of them at one time over the phone....which is another thing you NEVER do....for your own safety....you give out your credit/debit card number, your bank info, etc....good grief, people.....its no wonder you get scammed so easily. We usually only shop online at known businesses, and NEVER give any numbers to ANYONE calling you....I know some medical bill collectors demand your date of birth when THEY call YOU. You can always ask for a number you can call them back at, but don't give in to those bullies either. Our phone number has been 'spoofed', and sometimes our phone rings and it is us calling ourselves. I have told this to our phone company, Cebtury Link, but no one EVER does anything about it....probably no way to stop this...You might try reaching your Senators and Rep in DC and start bugging them to come up with a way to catch these morons but that's an almost impossible task, given todays technology.I am just as sick of these calls as everyone else is, but I don't see much help in getting them to stop. Paying money for a call blocker just keeps you busy because they have unlimited numbers they use all the time...they run in sequence, making you having to empty uour blocker to add new numbers but they have more numbers than you can block....I just don't answer unless I think it might be the Microsoft folks, or the IRS guy threatening to arrest me....just to give them a bad time in return for their nonsense....Good Luck everyone...Oh, you will also find that many of these sites that want to charge you to find out who is calling, are also scamming you!

I saw Gordon Schwenkm and 858-496-2107 on my caller ID. Usually I don't pick up unfamiliar numbers but the Gordon Schwenkm rang a bell. I said hello and a woman asked for me by name. I asked who are you and she replied a charitable organization. I said she died and hung up.

Gordon Schwenkm is annoying...calls every day and no one says anything. different phone # 410-843-0006
