It is up to the CREDITOR and/or COLLECTOR to prove the debt is legitimate, and that the person they are suing (which a legit collector would be doing) is the correct person. the people from hillcrest and davidson are crude and keep my blood pressure up even though i told them i no longer need the security cystem from pinnacle to come and get it they refuse i told mr michael scott and mt seth davis that i just had a stroke and i am 74 years old and am financially straped with medical bills they told me they didn't care if i was 84 go get a job at walmart as a greeter or dig my money out from under my mattress which i wish i had today seth davis to me to get my bank card out and give him some money and i told him to get his bank card out and give me some as i was broke and he told me to get a job and i told him when i get out of the hospital taking care of my heart problem that is all i will worry about and today was the 19 call since the 19th of july they need to stop it now

These are abunch of [***] & [***] who call me regularly to harrass me all the time. I talked to one of their [***] once who claimed I did not pay a ADT bill. I asked her to send me somethinmg in writing, but she became so confontational I had to hang up on the "lady."How can I sue these idiots>\?

I believe I was scammed! I got a call from this number from a Patti Phillips ext. 2105 stating that I owed $2052.51, to a company in Kansas City, MO for a security system, Safe Haven and Associates. I could settle on the spot for $1500.00 and a waiver settlement paper would be sent out immediately. It has been over a month and after several emails I have received nothing!

yeah i see where you are coming from i had to cancel my alarm system and these idiots have call me 31 times since july 19th every day it is a different person then sometime they call and just play music and hang up and sometimes they call and say who it is and hang up i don't know what to do to stop their crap i told them i had a stroke and was 74 years old and he said just get my money out from under my mattress and he didn't care if i was 84 go get a job at walmart as a greeter . it is not helping my health any . i told him i hope they don't treat their parents that way. i would appriciate some advice.

that same guy called me and asked why i havent paid a debt. as i was explaining he cut me off and said it dont matter anyway cause its going on my credit report anyway and just started talking very rudely. he needs to be reported to someone. if he keeps calling my number i am going to find out more about this company and him and sue both of them for harrassment cause i asked them to not call me. i didnt break my contract with adt. adt was not doing their job which forced me to have to move so i dont have a home to be monitored anymore.

These people from Hillcrest Davidson Associates and Protect Your Home are about as Low Down as Whale dodo and thats at the bottom of the ocean. I would love to take a trip to Richardson , Texan and wait for the guy I talked to and meet him in a parking lot, that is to talk Ha Ha. I think that Hillcrest probably is wat out in the sticks cause they have 49 complaints, all bad, and Protect Your Home is too dumb to know better. They are first class bill collectors for various alarm companies like PROTECT AMERICA and others. They try to sound official, such as, I need you to call my office today," blah, blah, blah, effin, blah.... Just hang up on them. Classless and rude they don't get the message that people just don't have money and really don't want to pay for equipment and service that was shoddy at best.

WHEN THEY ASK FOR SOMEBODY ARE WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO THEM PUT THEM ON HOLD AND COME BACK LATER AND TELL THEM JUST A MINUTE AND KEEP DOING THAT EVERY TIME THEY CALL OR IF YOU CALL THEM PUT THEM HOLD.
