No legitimate business would conduct themselves this way. If they were a real law office they would know calling someone 15 times a day is against the law. Anyone dealing with these people should definitely consult the fair debt collection act prior to speaking with them. I get tones of calls for a medical bill that I paid in full 2yrs ago, I even verified it with the hospital. They also call me for someone else, I've had this number for a long time so not really sure why they call for him also. I've tried explaining to them the person they are looking for isn't at this number and they just rudely tell me I'm "a lyer and need to own up to my responsibilities". I have an 802 credit score, so I know what my responsibilities are. I just sent a lengthy letter to both the state Atty generals office and the ftc, hopefully they can get through to these bottom feeders. I got a call that I've never picked up. I'm sure it's for an ambulance bill that was paid to them out of a settlement when my wife had a wreck almost 2 years ago. They are still asking for the same amount we have already paid them and have the cancelled check for, along with her lawyer.

you cannot "share" a bar number. the attorney whose # that is will likely lose his/her license IF the bar they are a member of finds out.

After some manipulation with William and Daniel Sexton i found out this information. Mr. Mitchell Dean Bluhm graduated from the University of Georgia and has a Bar number in Georgia #064435 and obviously attempts to collect on old debts. There seems to be an office somewhere in North Texas but there is no Bar # or Law Office in the Texas Bar Associations Directory. I never get the mail they say they send maybe because they won't spend the cents for mail. They are rude, controlling and like to terminate the call but remind you they will keep calling. If my debt. is valid i will make arrangements with the hospital because the fault is theirs and get it resolved with a payment to them and the Law office won't get a dime.

These highschoolers buy debt, and intimidate to get payment. I cannot stand them ... they know their margins, and try to negotiate the outcome.

I have started getting calls from them. I received a letter last week about the same bill. I paid the bill to Memorial Hermann hospital in Houston and have the cancelled check. I wrote to both the hospital and CF Medical with copies of the cancelled check. They are still calling. What a pain!!!

i JUST GOT A CALL FROM THEM (WILLIAM WHITE) STATING THAT I HAVE AN UNPAID EMERGENCY ROOM BILL FROM A HEART ATTACH IN 2005...I MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, BUT NOW I'M NOT SO SURE THAT WAS THE WISE THING TO DO...MY CREDIT IS CRAPPY ENOUGH WITHOUT HAVING THIS BAD DEBT ADDED TO THE CREDIT...I'M REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE GIVING OUT MY INFORMATION...I'VE BEEN BURNED BEFORE...
