Hey John , have you ever thought some folks may want to pay what they owe but just dont have the money!!!!! I have medical problems that may not let me work and I am trying to get SSI not because I want it but because I need it to help pay my medical bills and for medication, and the way the economy has got its even harder for the ones who wants to work to find a job or the ones with jobs are getting laid off!!! Goes back to my saying you just about got to be rich or have really good health insurance to even get medical care these days and it is wrong!!!

yes, in tx sol is 4yrs... what that means is that you cannot be SUED after 4yrs... it does not mean you were rewarded with absolution by avoiding your creditors for 4yrs. ~rolls eyes~

Harrassment

These people called and said they were a law firm Mitch D. Bloom, and were returning a call from me. They would not say what this call was in reference to, and when I called back they refused to tell me what type of law firm this was. They did eventually say that they were not a public law firm, and then hung up on me. This is not a law firm, in fact it is a collection agency that buys old debts over 7 years old and tries in any way, legal or not, to make you pay a debt that has been wriitten off because it is to old to collect. They say they are out of Texas, where if you check the legal bar association, you will not find them as a law firm or collection agency. In fact, ask them for there bar association number and they will change their tune completly. Totaly illegall and illegitamite company. They use several names, William, Josh, Ted, or whatever name comes to mind at the time, because the same person answer the phone all the time. Good luck to them on trying to collect old debts illegally!!!! Please post any and all conversations or contact you might have with these fools!

these people are the most rude, condesending and vague "law firm" I have ever come in contact with, AND they call at all hours of the night and early morning! They will not say what it is concerning, they don't even pronounce the name right of the person they are looking for! If they want to accomplish their goal then they should be more cordial and informative to the person answering the phone, no not give the whole history of their reason for calling however give a message concerning ____________!! so far I think they are lame and I will not be accomodating because they are not accomodating what so ever!good luck mitchell d bum! oh and [***]-ociates. bill or no bill, contact my lawyers, they are the ones that have taken care of my bills in the past. take it up with them that is why I hired them! so it is up to the lawyers NOT me! and if that is not the law, IT SHOULD BE, WE PAY ENOUGH TO THE BLOOD SUCKERS!

I received a letter from the law office of Mitchell D. Bluhm and associates, stating I had an outstanding bill from an ambulance company that is no longer doing business in my area, the bill is 3 or 4 years old. They said I had to pay and yes it is legal to collect on such a bill. So, I told them all I could afford is $20. a month and the person I spoke to agreed to that and said just to send it to the name on the letterhead. So I did that this month. The other day I get a call from a nasty person saying that I never set up a payment plan, and how would I like to be able to pay $700. instead of the $1,200 that I owe. I said that would be great, but I dont have $700. and he said that I have such and such credit cards that I could pay with them, he knew all my personal information. I told him the law states as long as I am showing good faith and paying something there is nothing they can do about it. He kept talking over me in a loud tone and becoming very agressive. I hung up, and as long as my answering machine gets the message, they hang up. I'm wondering if I should continue to send them the money every month.

These folks have been calling my work phone # for almost a year asking for a "Christopher Schweitzer" (sp?). No clue who this guy is or why they think my work # is this guy's ph #. I tell them there is no one here by that name and tell them to stop calling me. Then today the dude who called me says ok-what's your phone #? I told him that HE CALLED ME and he should have it. I again told him to stop calling me! What a racket!

they call me to collect an ambulance dept that wae not paid by my ins a few years ago I agreed to pay it and set up pay ment arrangements they said they would send me the info befor they started taking it out of my account never recived any info and you gest it they took it out be for they said and it over drew my account I am not a dead beat but do not give theis foks any info untill you get it in writing
