You didn't pay your bill. Tried to claimFraud. Explained toYou over and over that they don't send bills because there's nothing happening on your account. No more fees or interest. Nothing to report. You can request balance letters anytime. Stop being so rude and listen to what they are telling you. I worked with them on clearing my credit. They were very helpful Your not hurting anyone but yourself and your credit report.
AHAHAHA! You can't settle a debt anymore by writing "paid in full" on the memo line of your check. That may have worked 40 years ago but no court would uphold that now when companies have to process 100's of checks a day. [removed:lang]
they did the same to me over night, so I said "Screw" them!in a year they'll be hunting past the time they can collect.
All high and mighty about what? Being a complete low-life maggot infested scum sucking loser? No, I actually think you have sold yourself short in that regard
Hey, they called me again after a long layoff. But I was ready for them and I refused to confirm or deny anything and I basically just blew them off like I've been doing for years. I got this book on Amazon called "Debt Hope: Down and Dirty Survival Strategies" and it basically lays it all out in terms of how to tell whether you're dealing with a dangerous collector or a toothless one, and how to know whether your old debt is inside or outside the statute of limitations time period that gives you a solid defense once it has expired. I'm not sweating a thing.
Absolutely. I would welcome the opportunity to receive guidance from such an erudite individual as UDeadBeatMofos.
I get calls from these idiots all the time. They do not leave messages, I do not answer. 877-394-5975 called 05-18-2012 right after I got a call from 206-397-1122.
All of this will be confirmed if you search diligently enough. The actual creditor for the Advanta credit cards was Deutsche Bank. The $85 billion of "quantitative easing" being done each month by the Federal Reserve is largely going to Europe, with the biggest chunk of that going to prop up Deutsche Bank, which would be in real trouble without it. So basically, Deutsche Bank is being made whole. The tab will be paid by our children and grandchildren. Paying Carson & Smithfield would be beside the point. Screw 'em. There is no Carson, there is no Smithfield, there is only Berman--who had to be sanctioned by the Office of Thrift Supervision. I am Phantom Debtor ... or TheDeadestBeatMoFoAndLaughingToo.
