this number keep calling me all hours early mornings and all thru the day, its very annoying! they call and just hold the phone in silencei need them to stop calling my number

i,ve been getting calls from this number everyday and all through the day and early mornings.its very distrubing i need them to stop harrassing me!
"Without prejudice" means they *could* try court again, provided it's not out of statute at this point.
The call I got asked for someone named (The sound was like a fart) and then they repeated the sound and said if I was not that person to quit listening, which I did.
First, tell them "No" in no uncertain terms. Refuse to discuss how or why you say no. Then read a new york times article online calleabout a hook called bad paper so that you understand the industry.
