i,ve been getting calls from this number everyday and all through the day and early mornings.its very distrubing i need them to stop harrassing me!
"Without prejudice" means they *could* try court again, provided it's not out of statute at this point.
The call I got asked for someone named (The sound was like a fart) and then they repeated the sound and said if I was not that person to quit listening, which I did.
First, tell them "No" in no uncertain terms. Refuse to discuss how or why you say no. Then read a new york times article online calleabout a hook called bad paper so that you understand the industry.

Multiple texts from different numbers. Follows the same format, different names and
Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
