I got a call from these people trying to collect on a debt discharged in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Told them it was discharged in a bankruptcy and not to call me, and they called me the next day. I'm about to sue them because they are barred from collecting on a discharged debt.

When I do my work I touch all the bases, Debt validation done, Settlement letter done, Proper identification done. Pay your bills, don't skip out on your creditors, and you won't have to meet a professional like me.

Advanta screwed all their card holders by closing everyone's accounts and leaving small businesses in the lurch. Take me off your list. Period. And the number is now blocked. Business debts (Advanta) are not subject to the FDCPA, and most of the state laws that protect consumers don't apply to business debts either. So for the Advanta debtors, suing is typically not an availing strategy.

These people call my phone at least ten times a day does anyone have the information on how to report this constant harrasement

Oh, I don't blame the credit card company, I just adopt the approach of the largest banking entities in the U.S.--companies Eric Holder has publically stated he won't touch even on criminal matters. That approach is called impunity.
