These people have been blowing up my sons cell phone non-stop. Today I was lucky enough to catch the call. I ask the woman caller who she was she stated what difference does it make since I told them it was a wrong number. I said it makes all the difference in the world because the cell phone you have been calling is my 8 y.o sons phone and it is for eergency only and the calls have been using up all his minutes. Finally got the name out of her Smith and Larson. I said fine good bye didnt hang up and for 3 minutes she sat on the phone. ..fianlly she tells me okay you can hang up. I pressed her for more info finally gave up rude [***]....."she just said do what you got to do" So yeah I will be filling a complaint and looking for money. 2 can play at that game. I hate these scums and from what I have been reading the are the bottom feeders. Sad thing is that the law does nothing to protect us....Sorry they just got under my skin and pissed me off.

check the time out of dedit in your state, after a time period ,controled by your state ,they can not collect money. IN ny i think it is 7 years . If no payment is made to the account in 7 years the account is void. all states have differant times set for time out.

Carson Smithfield, LLC. For Bank of America, they ask for so much info, insted of giving the info about what I owe them. I didn't play they game.

Received a phone call today Card Works Services. They had my delinquent account 18 months ago but never sent me verification after I asked for it and sent a cease and desist letter . Mark Johnson LLC sent a letter in July 2012 that they were collecting I asked for verification, I received none and they sued me for this account in Aug. It was dismissed with prejudice on 09-12-2012. Suddenly Card Work Services is calling for this account again. The original balance was $1200 I paid for the sickness disability benefit. I became disabled in 2009 and was told that since I was self employed they would not honor it. They knew I was self employed when I joined. Be aware of the company.

These people call me at least three times each day, but I never answer or respond. I've never heard f a company called Avantta or Carson Smithfield and the phone they're calling is a business phone for my LLC
