I have just started receiving these calls. I haven't answered one yet.They sent me a collection notice last week for a parking ticket in Atlanta, GA I got back in the summer of 2007. The ticket was for $25 and I paid it in full at the courthouse prior to the due date. These people are trying to collect $50 at this point and say they can take my car if I don't pay it.I sent them my receipt from 2007 and a letter yesterday to resolve this.How ridiculous this is and a complete waste of time and people's money.Appreciate all the information previously submitted on here.

Do not call only applies to telemarketers you idiot!

I keep getting this calls about a late fee on a parking ticket I paid over two years ago from the City of Ypsilanti in Michigan. I have talked to a human from their company twice and told them I disputed the charge as I had paid it on time and would follow up with the City. They keep calling anyway and it seems unlikely to stop anytime soon.

They called me and left no message. I called them back to find out it's for an unpaid parking ticket for some county in Massachusetts from back in 2006. After insisting I was never in Massachusetts in 2006, and in fact, have never driven there, they must have made a mistake. They were not able to correctly identify my make and model car under the plate number they gave me (the plate number was mine but like I said, I was never in Massachusetts). They weren't all that helpful, and in fact, very rude. I then called the county clerk's office in question and discussed to them the issue. They took a look and gave me a make and model to the car with the plate #. I told them that was my plate(when I lived in NY) but that was not the car associated with it. I then asked if there was any way the plate number written down was some how miss-written because at the time and date in question, I was away in Upstate NY in college and not in Massachusetts. Also, I told them the only time I had been to Massachusetts was when I went to Boston in 1999 for a Whale-Watch trip in High-school, and we took a Chartered bus there. The county clerk was actually helpful and said they'd looks further into it, but until then, I will receive phone calls from this collection agency because they are too stupid to listen to the problem. Then insist I was responsible for this ticket, no matter what I say to them.

We probably need to write our Congressman to make these damn robo-calls illegal. Nine times out of 10 when I pick up the phone to answer calls from an unknown number, there is nothing but dead air. The tenth call is usually something important, therefore I always have to answer to find out.Anyone have any ideas how to stop these annoying "no one there" calls?

What's with the name calling?

They are trying to reach my 30 year old son for his debt. I told them they have a wrong # and I'm on the do-not-call list. I've reported them twice to do-not-call. They continue to call my phone instead of his. I've told them he hasn't lived with me for 8 years. How do you get them to stop?

I received a billing fro this colection agency for a ticket I supposedly received when I was in Houston in 2007. Neither I nor my vehicle was in Houston in 2007! What the H ---- is up? SCAM or ????? should I be concerned about identity theft?

They just call and hang up....just saying a generic term like Professional Account Management... and leaving this 877-501-9923 number....avoid people like this!!!!

They area wrong telephone number and thay have no business calling me. I am on the"DO NOT CALL LIST". Please tell them stop call me again from nowon.Please report to FCC and Verizon to stop them. Thank you
