Sorry, but if you owe a debt, they have every right to call you. DNC lists have nothing to do with a company trying to collect bad debt that you owe. People need to become more informed on what a DNC list really is.

CALL THE FBI IN YOUR CITY. THIS IS FEDERAL TO PLAY ON TELEPHONES AND CALL PEOPLE AFTER DINNER TIME. THE CALLS ARE ALL UNAVAILABLE BUT THE FBI WILL MAKE THEM AVAILABLE. PLEASE CALL THE FBI AND PASS IT ON.

YOU NEED TO CALL THE FBI; THESE PEOPLE CANNOT CALL YOU IN THIS MANNER. IN YOURHOME TOWN IS THE FBI, GIVE THEM A CALL AND KEEP TRACK OF THE DATE AND TIME OF THE CALL. TYPE THE NUMBER IN AND GET THE ADDRESS.

If these people do not stop calling me after I send a cease calling letter, I will do the same thing I did to the last slim ball so called debt collector, get an attorney and sue them. All debt collectors must follow fair debt reporting processes. That's way they are there to protect the consumer. Otherwise if they continue to call after you sent the letter, they are breaking the law and you can sue and get up to 1000-2000dollars.

"We are sorry that we missed you. We have a message for you that requires your immediate attention."The person didn't leave a call back number or say who he represented. If it's so important why didn't they say what it's concerning?

I've been receiving phone calls from this number,luckily my cell phone is always turned off when they call but shows as "missed" or "voice message". I've called before and get automated which directs me to call another toll free number; I hang up. The only people that I give my cell # to are close family and friends, don't even list it as a secondary or other contact # therefore only way the get it is public records. One other time I was receiving calls from other scam and they called while phone was on and I answered; guy that called other times leaving msg. asked if I was "name" and I said yes; he said i owed xx $ to company and I needed to pay by credit card. I told him I am baking and have hands dirty give me your number and i will call back in 5 minutes. To my surprise (lol) he hung up and never called back again!

I got a call from this number, and at first I didn't recognize it, so I did not answer. I decided to look it up on here to see if it came up. Sure enough, it's a debt collection agency that I was dealing with a few days ago. Apparently I had some parking tickets at my university a few years ago (the tickets in question were from 2008 and 2010 - I thought I had paid all tickets, but what could I do?). This company apparently found my father's cell phone number, called him and abusively asked him how he was going to settle these tickets. By the way - the total was $90 which is relatively small compared to what I imagine many of the outstanding debts these companies try to collect on. I guess I just don't understand why the immediate approach of aggressiveness. He had no idea how they got his cell number. Anyway, so I used the number to call and pay the tickets immediately after their harassing call. It was a very VERY frustrating process. The first part requires you to punch in an account number that they've sent you in the mail. The second part was a transfer to a system for my university (supposedly). This was where it got really annoying - the "woman" on the phone was both a touch tone and speaking system, so any slight noise I made would cause her to interrupt herself and start over. Despite spending an hour paying these tickets (what could have been max 5 minutes online..) I paid them all and wrote and recorded all the confirmation numbers. Two days later (today) I received a call again, as I described above. No message. I called the number back, and got the automated system. So, since my accounts are paid (as far as I know...) I have no way to move forward in that menu system to find out why they called me. If they call again, I will answer and see what I find out. If they harass me, I will report them. YOU ARE ALSO WRONG, SOME CITIES CONSEQUENCE OF NON PAYMNT IS CREDIT REPORTING. THEY CAN AND THEY WILL PUT A PARKING TICKET ON A CREDIT REPORT...DONT BELIEVE ME? DONT PAY ONE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!

They keep calling for a Robert Dobrowolski who does not live at this number.
