10/28 called 3 times. 3rd time I spoke to someone. They said calls would stop for 7 days.Even made a payment that day(not in full but I have a week before the due date.)10/29 called twice. I called back after the second and they said the same thing. No calls for 7 days.10/30 SUNDAY! 8:07PM! BS!10/31 it's 10:46am and they have already called twice!Not only did I close the account I am only a few days behind! (Financial situation beyond our control)They are RUDE and condescending when they call and thanks to them and their harassment I am also gonna close ALL my US Bank accounts. Hows that for customer service???!!!

That is not a legitimate phone number 877-838-4347. I called us bank and their collection phone number is different

It IS the US bank credit card number.

I just got a call at work from this phone number. I do indeed have a cc with USBank and it is a Visa from REI. However, I just paid it off the card balance entirely so I have no clue why they are calling. At least, that is my guess based on the earlier entries as our phone system is wonky today and you can't hear incoming callers.

I got a call from this number too. I didn't pick it up because I was at work *not gonna answer some unknown number while I'm at work*...But the thing about it is that I just got this phone number!!! And it's not even a home phone, it's my cell!!So whose telemarketers did I get???

I get calls from this number every single day. Reading all of the previous posts it looks like a number from US Bank? I don't have an acct with US Bank and never have. I also don't have any store credit cards.

They keep calling me and I tell them I know it's a fake # and the lady starts shouting out payments that i have been making lately.They know your information for some reason (i have no idea how). The weird thing is, she repeatedly asked me to confirm my mailing address and zip code,which was totally irrelevant. Do not give them any information,they will rip you off!

US bank rep. said this number is not associated with their bank (we just called US Bank using number on a bank statement). The "debt collector" wanted SS # and other private info which is a RED FLAG to all of us that this is a scam. Never, never give this kind of info on the phone!
